Well, this is very important especially for those who are in need of help. Financial assistance is better because that's the way we can help small business owners to deal and get over with this pandemic. I am hoping that this will be fairly distributed to all who are in need because from what I know, they are having a hard them to stand up on their own. This help will be utmost important for them and that's one thing I am sure of.
